My husband did the trial and cancelled it. 4 months later I'm paying his credit card and wondering about a $29.95 charge. Lo and behold they'd been charging him this since he started the trial and despite cancelling. He called them and got no where with getting a refund, but cancelled the service. Or so he thought, next month comes, and there is another charge from them.

He calls back to get the charge removed and get confirmation he'd cancelled. They tell him he didn't cancel and they won't remove the charge. So we dispute the charge through our credit card company and they remove as many charges as they can go back for, I think it was 4 months total. And they block the company from charging his card further.

I *** kid you not, they change the name they use to bill and BILL US AGAIN! Not only that, but it took us a couple months to figure it out because the card was paid off and we assumed there was a zero balance. We're skipping right through dealing with the company and are disputing the charges with our credit card company. I think we're going to have to close the card to get this nightmare to end. But what is even more frightening is these scammers have his SSN!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE WHATEVER YOU DO!!

Reason of review: Unauthorizd Credit card charges and refusal to cancel service or refund money.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I lost my credit card or I would not have known about the $29.95 charge that had been going on for 5 months.

I hadn't used it in ages.

They say that I received emails from them but I didn't see them.

I will see if my card is reimbursed. If not it is a scam & I will complain to every Federal agency that might

cover this.

Omg! This freaks me out now.

They still charged y'all after you cancelled it. This company should be shut down.
